Application & Automation Developer Full-time Job

Here is an exciting opportunity to join a small development team within an enterprise-level company. The successful candidate will have all the resources of a large enterprise-level company within an environment that allows them to take responsibility for their work. 

As the Application Automation Developer, you will work with the engineering teams responsible for the schematics and execution of complex machinery. You will work to resolve gaps in applications, develop automation solutions, and speed up the build process.

NOTE: Our client prefers that the candidates live in Manitoba; however, they are open to other candidates willing to relocate. 

Job Description

• Develop code using JavaScript, Core, and related technologies
• Manage individual project tasks from inception to deployment
• Interface directly with engineering and other technical teams
• Perform unit testing and ensure quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with C# and associated .Net technologies
• 2+ years of experience with a combination of JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred)
• Proven track record of working independently on projects, including interacting with end-users (at least two years)
• Hands-on experience with Core, CoreCLR, and CoreFX
• Familiarity with TFS or similar source control 
• Desire to learn about engineering principles
• Knowledge of Azure and Cloud Services would be highly beneficial
