Job Description
- Answering, transferring, redirecting incoming calls during normal business hours
- Processing of customer service requests, to include: Phone payments on current accounts, Bills of Sale, UCC Assignments, Terminations and Continuations, Address Changes, Mail Returns, Customer Refunds, Payment Histories, Title Handling and Processing, Bill of Sales for paid off files, Extension and Rewrite Documentation Preparation, Report Tracking for Repossessions, Account Ratings for clients and customers, administrative back up to Portfolio Management, Contract Payoff Calculation, and client communication
- Insurance Tracking and Reporting; Statement Outsourcing Invoice Bi-Monthly Processing
- Assist and backup to 1-60 collectors, perform soft early-stage collections duties
- Provide back-up and support to other staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and positive energy
- Detail oriented and organized with a proven ability to prioritize work effectively
- Superior communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to reconcile and follow payment histories
